Tarquin Leadbetter founded Southwestern Distillery in 2013 in Wadebridge, Cornwall — the first Cornish distillery in over a hundred years — and won the title of 'World's Best Gin' in 2017 with his gin. In 2024, he expanded his portfolio with Tinner Bros: not gin, but a range of whisky liqueurs that consciously breaks with the traditional, solemn whisky world.
The four flavors have been developed based on more than 350 consumer surveys, specifically aimed at those who still find whisky a barrier. Packaged in metal cans — a nod to the brand's own legend — and intended to be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a cocktail.
