If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur. www.webwinkelkeur.nl. WebwinkelKeur mediates free of charge. You can check whether Mood Company has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/ledenlijst/.

If mediation by WebwinkelKeur does not lead to a solution, you can also submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee designated by WebwinkelKeur. If you choose to do so, costs may be involved.
