With this 3-litre mini cask you can mature spirits and cocktails on wood at home. The cask is handmade from black-charred American oak and has two glass windows, so you can follow the colour of the contents as it matures.
For the enthusiast who wants to experiment with maturation. Fill the cask with new make spirit at 60 to 65% ABV and let it mature over a few weeks into your own home-made spirit, or combine leftover whiskies into your own house blend. Also suitable for barrel-aged cocktails in larger quantities, such as up to 3 litres of Negroni or Manhattan. An original gift for the person who has everything.
Let the cask swell with warm water before first use so that the wood seals. Rinse it after use and store it dry.
