A hunting scene, engraved in dark slate: these coasters from Just Slate Company suit anyone who would rather be outdoors than in, but never skips a drink at the end of the day. Sturdy and natural, with a crisp engraving.
For a cold winter's evening after a day in the field, with a warming cup of tea or a smoky dram from the Smoky & Powerful quadrant. Also an original gift for hunters and nature lovers. The set contains four coasters, and the motif is also available in Scottish oak.
Slate is a natural stone: every coaster has its own markings and edge, and no two are exactly alike. Clean with water and a cloth only; if the stone turns a little grey over time, rub in a little olive oil and it will regain its deep, dark colour.
Whisky is a ritual for me, and the small things around it complete that ritual. I choose accessories that are beautiful to look at and pleasant to use.
