Good to know
- Fill the mould slowly to keep air bubbles to a minimum.
- Use filtered water if possible for clearer ice.
- Wrap the filled mould loosely in a tea towel: the water then freezes more slowly, which often gives clearer ice.
- Leave the mould at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before removing the ice.
