This whisky glass holder is made by the Scottish company Darach from the wood of old whisky casks and comes with four Glencairn Cut glasses. The glasses have the familiar Glencairn shape, but are mouth-blown and hand-cut from 24% lead crystal. That way your tasting set isn't tucked away in a cupboard, but on display on the table or the bar.
For anyone who enjoys tasting with friends: four glasses side by side make it easy to compare different whiskies, from Smooth & Fruity to Smoky & Powerful on the M4W Flavour Compass. The Glencairn shape concentrates the aromas in the narrow mouth, so the glass works for every style. As a gift it is a personal choice, because the wood itself has a history as a whisky cask.
This holder is also available with a different number of glasses and with the smooth, standard Glencairn glasses in lead-free crystal. Choose the Cut version if you prefer a heavier glass with cut facets.
